No significant positives to report from the experience.
Room 3 'queen room with sea view' faced a carpark, ruining the privacy and requiring blinds to be kept down. The bed comfort was lacking and noise from both the bathroom and carpark was disruptive. Reaching outdoor toilets and showers was an inconvenience due to uncovered walkways, necessitating a flashlight during nighttime. Room descriptions claiming inclusivity of kitchenware were misleading, as those were only available in the shared kitchen. There were also discrepancies between room features as explained by the manager. Expect to pay extra for coffee and firewood, further impacting value.

Helpful staff, exceptionally good views of ocean and rural countryside, everything is wonderful. The studio apartment is tidy and gorgeous. The exceptionally comfortable bed, best I've ever slept in. The hotel is in the remote location by the sea. The bets part that it's not far from the Great Ocean Road, and beautiful grounds: )

Had an amazing time at Seacroft Estate! The views are insane, and our toddler loved running around with the cows and alpacas. Only downside? We could've used a bigger pasta pot, but with great dining in Apollo Bay, it wasn’t a big deal. Definitely coming back!

The whole experience was nice. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a lovely area, next to a renovated stylish monastery and beach. The location was amazing and fantastic - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Also, it was 3 miles from Cape Patton Lookout Point. Our property room was reasonably large and budget with bunk beds.

The location is perfect, just a short drive from Apollo Bay, with fine ocean views from the communal sunroom. The communal dining area, while cozy with a nice fireplace, lacks sufficient privacy in some rooms. Despite these issues, the chance to see cows and alpacas adds a unique charm to the stay.

A great spot! We had a double room with a sea view. Views are fine. The communal kitchen was massive, had everything we needed. The sunroom overlooking the ocean was perfect for meals. Comfy lounges and a ping-pong table added fun. Shared bathrooms were super clean, and the showers were nice and hot. Highly recommend!
